I was charged by Midjourney, but I’ve never had a subscription. What should I do?

If you believe your card has been used fraudulently to pay for Midjourney, we can help! Please send an email to [email protected] with the transaction details:

  • Exact amount charged (and your local currency, if it's not USD)

  • Date and, if possible, time of the transaction, including your local time zone

  • The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, etc., credit or debit card)

  • Your card’s country of origin

  • Name of the bank that issued your card

  • The last 4 digits of your card number

  • Expiration date

To definitively locate the charges in our system, we need all of this information. If there are multiple charges, please provide the amount, date, and time of each charge.

Investigations into potentially fraudulent charges are a top priority for the billing team, and we can generally resolve these cases, including getting your money back to you, faster than your bank can.
