You're only eligible for a refund if you've used less than 20 GPU minutes, or generated fewer than about 20 images, over the lifetime of your account.

If you are eligible, you'll see the option to request a refund automatically when you cancel your subscription. It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times, but you'll get a confirmation email within a few minutes.

If you don't see this option, we're unable to provide a refund. Limited exceptions may be available for yearly plan subscribers during the first month of their subscription, but billing support is otherwise unable to make exceptions.

If you have any other plan changes scheduled, you must cancel those changes with the "Cancel Change" button before you can request a refund.

If you encounter any error messages, wait an hour and try again โ€” your payment may still be processing. After an hour, if you're still seeing an error message, email [email protected] for help.
