You’re eligible for a refund if you’ve used less than 20 GPU minutes. GPU minutes are a measure of processing time and the “credits” Midjourney uses to determine how many images you can make with your plan – 20 GPU minutes is approximately 20 generated images.

If you’re eligible, the website will give you the option to refund your plan automatically when you cancel your subscription. When you request a refund through the website, it will process through your card as a reversal – you won’t see a separate refund transaction, the original charge will disappear. This may take up to 10 business days, but in most cases it takes significantly less time.
