Why was my payment unsuccessful?
Why was my payment unsuccessful?

If your payment was unsuccessful, your bank may have placed a temporary hold on your account. These holds appear as pending transactions and may trigger payment alerts if you have those enabled, but will disappear automatically in a few days

Payments fail for a variety of reasons. If you're having trouble making a payment, try these troubleshooting steps first:

  • Double-check that all your card information was entered correctly, including your name, card number, CVC, and expiration date

  • Double-check that your billing address matches what your bank has on file. Even small discrepancies in your address can cause your payment to fail.

  • Make sure you have sufficient funds in your account and haven’t reached any spending limit your card may have

  • If all your information is correct, your bank may be declining your transactions. If they are, you may be able to call the number on the back of your card and ask them to whitelist Midjourney transactions for you.

  • You may also try to make your payment with a different card, if you have one available.

If you've double-checked all your billing information and contacted your bank and still can't pay for your subscription, please email [email protected]. The billing team will be happy to look into this for you.
