If you see these error messages and are unable to generate images, your subscription renewal payment failed and your subscription has been placed into a frozen state.
If you’d like to continue your subscription
You’ll need to update your payment and billing information:
Check the email where you usually receive your invoices and receipts for a “Payment Unsuccessful” notification from Midjourney. It may have gone to your spam folder. This email has a link you can use to access and update your billing information.
If you’re unable to find this email and you don’t have a Midjourney Magazine subscription associated with the same email address, you can generate a link to your billing information by entering your billing email here.
Once you’ve updated your billing information, Stripe will automatically attempt to charge your card within 1-2 days.
If you continue having problems with your payment and have verified that all your billing information is accurate and up to date and you have sufficient funds for your subscription, contact [email protected]. The billing team may be able to provide further assistance.
If you’d like to cancel your subscription
Stripe will retry your payment a few times over several days. If none of these payment attempts are successful, your subscription will be canceled automatically.
If you need your subscription canceled immediately, please visit the #member-support channel on the Midjourney Discord server for assistance, and one of our friendly guides or moderators (identifiable by their green, reddish-pink, or purple names) will be able to submit a priority request to the billing team for you.
