When will I receive my magazine issues?
Midjourney Magazine ships monthly, toward the end of each month. When you initially subscribe, you're subscribing starting with the following month's issue.
For example, if you subscribe in June, your first issue will be the one that ships near the end of July. Shipping times vary from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on your location.

How do magazine subscriptions ship?
To keep costs down, magazine issues ship without tracking. This method is slower than traditional mail. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery after new issues ship.
Magazines ship to North America, South America, Australia, and parts of Asia from our shipping partner in Canada. For delivery addresses in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the other parts of Asia, magazines ship from our UK shipping partner.
How can I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping address for the magazine, enter your magazine billing email address in the magazine subscription portal and you'll receive an email with a link to access your subscription.
The deadline to make changes to your shipping address is the last day of each month, and changes will apply to the issue that ships at the end of the following month. If you have trouble using the magazine portal (for example, if it takes you to your Midjourney Bot subscription instead), email [email protected] for help.
How can I view and manage my magazine subscription?
Your magazine subscription is a separate subscription from your Midjourney image generation subscription. To view and manage your magazine subscription, enter your magazine billing email address in the magazine subscription portal and you'll receive an email with a link to access your subscription.

How do I cancel my magazine subscription?
To cancel your magazine subscription, enter your magazine billing email address in the magazine subscription portal and you'll receive an email with a link to access your subscription. Click the "Cancel Plan" button near the top of the page. Any issues you've already paid for will still be shipped to you.

Can I order multiple copies of the magazine?
If you want extra copies of every issue, you can subscribe up to four times.
If you want additional copies of specific past issues, you may be able to order them individually from mag.midjourney.com. Inventory of past issues is limited.
Can I get copies of Midjourney Magazine for my group?
We set aside a number of copies every month for free distribution to schools, stores, and community groups. If you're interested, use this form to apply to our distribution list.
Is there a digital version of the magazine?
There is no digital copy of the magazine. Our intent is to highlight the work of the community through the power of the printed format. We see the magazine as an opportunity to step away from the screen and enjoy human creativity at a different pace.
How are images chosen? Can I submit an image for the magazine?
For each issue, we aggregate the community’s highest-rated jobs on Midjourney into a library of 10,000 images. Our team then manually goes through this batch, hand-selecting a few hundred images that form a shortlist for the magazine. Images are selected based on a number of factors including conceptual clarity, originality, beauty, strikingness, stylistic diversity, and composition. Overall we aim to showcase a diverse range of interests and techniques that reflect our community. We do not take direct submissions for the magazine.
What if I don't receive my magazine, or it arrives damaged?
If you have not received your magazine within 6 weeks of the shipping date, email [email protected] for help. Please keep in mind that issues typically ship at the end of the next month after your payment date, and may take an additional 1 to 6 weeks for delivery. Billing support won't be able to help with missing issues until the expected delivery date for your order has passed.
